- Open house days are arranged to create a competitive bidding environment and to maximise offers on your property.
- Offers over the agreed reserve price are taken into consideration and usually depending on the buyer’s circumstances. (Cash or mortgage buyers)
- Once an offer has been accepted, the buyer pays our fee, the deposit then we aim for them to complete within a 28 day or 56-day window.
